Capt. Stuart Kiehl, USCG 100 GT Master’s, with extensive experience and many years behind still, video and film cameras, is now combining his professional expertise and “good eye” to his passion of taking photos on the San Francisco Bay, which he finds to be always a stage with sometimes new performers and sometimes old, but always something exciting.
